What We Collect

ChatFlow AI collects account information, workspace metadata, contacts, conversations, messages, uploaded files, device tokens, and safety records needed to provide messaging, AI assistance, CRM, notifications, and abuse-prevention features.

Telegram Connections

Telegram is optional. When a user connects Telegram, ChatFlow AI stores the authorization state and session references needed to sync and send messages for that user. Users can disconnect Telegram in the app. ChatFlow AI is not affiliated with Telegram.

AI Features

AI translation, reply drafting, and summaries use selected conversation and customer context. AI output is a draft or analysis result; it is not sent automatically.

Files And Media

Uploaded files are stored to support image, audio, and document messaging. File size and type limits are enforced to reduce abuse and security risk.

Safety Controls

• Users can block contacts.
• Users can submit reports for abuse or unsafe content.
• Users can delete their ChatFlow AI account in the app.
• Telegram sessions are cleared when a user disconnects Telegram or deletes the account.
